At JinDing, we focus on concrete reinforcing steel bar, ribbed steel bar, deformed bar, round or square bar, reinforcing mesh, steel fiber, steel bar grating, angle steel and series steel materials for construction application.
Welded Reinforcement Mesh for Construction
Welded Reinforcement Mesh (for construction) is regularly used for concrete slab construction, such as roadways, in curved structures such as in domes and as bonding fabric for gunite. The cost, time and labor savings of welded wire fabric reinforcing offers an advantage over traditional tied rebar.
Welded Reinforcement Mesh can be classified into four major types:
1. Rectangular Welded Mesh with wires crossed in a form of a rectangle, and longitudinal wire as the supporting one;
2. Square opening welded steel mesh with wires crossed in a form of a square, and both longitudinal and transversal wires as supporting ones;
3. Welded Wire Mesh for vertical wall building;
4. Special type.
Above reinforcement mesh can all be used in concrete reinforcing. Concrete is one of the more common materials used in the construction of commercial buildings. Its properties make concrete an excellent choice for steel structures, cladding systems and floor slabs on grade.
Although concrete is an excellent building material and is extremely strong in compression, it has one limitation - concrete is weak in tension. By combining concrete with material that is strong in tension, we can create a composite that greatly reinforced. This type of steel reinforcement used in concrete is welded wire mesh (WWM) or welded wire fabric (WWF).
Concrete reinforcement mesh consists of pieces of wire or rebar welded together to form a grid pattern. The size of the grid pattern is typically 4-inch-by-4-inch up to 8-inch-by-8-inch. This type of reinforcement is used to minimize shrinkage cracking in the surface of the concrete.

The wire is arranged and electrowelded into different patterns square and rectangular.
Material: Black steel wire, epoxy coating available
Electro Welded Mesh or Welded Wire Fabric (WWF) in black steel and epoxy coated steel is supplied in sheets for using in building construction.
Standard sheet size: 5' x 10', 8' x 20', 8' x 15', custom forms and panel sizes available.
Standard holes for Electro Welded Mesh Sheets:
4 X 4 and
6x6 and a mixed hole patterns.
Wire gauges applied:
10 gauge,
8 gauge,
6 gauge,
4 gauge
Choose Concrete Mesh Materials:
Black welded mesh costs less compared with Epoxy coated concrete mesh, while epoxy coated wire mesh enjoys better corrosion resistance.
Black welded mesh fabric is suitable for most concrete buildings and epoxy coated rebars / mesh is suitable for construction conditions where more corrosive protection is needed.
